If your Star of Grace arrives damaged or faulty, or it just isn't for you, message us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund or replace it.

How to start a return
Email us at starofgrace.us@outlook.com with your order number and a short note (and a photo if the item arrived damaged or faulty). We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.

Condition
For change-of-mind returns, the item should be unused and in its original packaging with all parts. Damaged or faulty items are always covered.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Your bank or card company may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
